About Mick's Morgan
Born in 1964, this Morgan 4/4 was originally the pride and joy of David Robinson in Heathfield before heading around the south of England (Guildford and Reading) before landing in Kenilworth and its new proud owner, my dad Mick (Mike, Michael depending on who he spoke to!).
This all happened before my sister Jo or I were born, events which, most likely, was the cause of the Morgan living in various garages and barns for 46 years in the Midlands and Northumberland.
Sadly, my dad never got to drive his Morgan again. He passed away in 2018 so we, as a family, wanted to finish the project he never had the chance to complete.
Restoration Details
December 2019 - December 2020
We approached a number of classic car restoration services in the Midlands and presented them with the challenge of bringing our Morgan back to life. After several long conversations and honest discussion with many mechanics, including a relative of Frank Williams, we chose Majestic Motors based near Kenilworth and Balsall Common.
